PooLDorm is a pool dormitory for fanatics of the sport to have fun, share laughs, and feed their passion for the game. This was inspired while witnessing the deep joy of the game at a college dormitories pool room. Those young adults would live, breath, eat pool 24/7. When pool was on TV they would flock to it like moths to a light. They would have the lines of pool movies memorized and quote them religiously while playing with friends. The pool room was a home away from home and was sometimes a substitute for going to class. Their love for the sport is fueled by the mysterious aspect of the game and the fascination to solve this mystery; like an apprentice trying to crack the magicians secrets. I was one of these fanatics while attending UC Riverside. I lived in the Pentland dorms while attending school but I spent most my time on the table. The perfect example of PooLDorm is my old dorm room. My dorm had posters from pool movies, my computer was filled with pool pics and had a yoda pool wallpaper, my name tag on my dorm was customized filled with pool pictures, my room had a toolbox for cue repairs, under my bed was a set of pool balls and rack, spare shafts, extra cases, supplies, and accessories. You could the most popular pool movies ever made in there and tapes of pool matches ranging from 9 ball to bank pool. PooLDorm is the perfect haven for the pool fanatic.
